pvvip Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pvvip platform ("Service", "Site", "Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the pvvip website, opening an account or using any service, you are voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to be bound by these terms.

These terms are written in English and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. pvvip reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

pvvip is an online gaming platform created for personal entertainment only. Information, game results or betting data provided on the site do not constitute professional financial advice.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on pvvip. If an account belonging to someone under 21 is identified, it will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the deposited funds may be withheld. Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

2.3 Identity Verification

pvvip may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required information in a timely manner may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your pvvip account login details completely confidential. Never share your username and password with anyone, and use a strong password.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. In the event of a security breach, pvvip will not be liable for any resulting loss unless it was directly caused by pvvip.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pvvip is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits can be made by any of these methods and the funds will be credited to your account after the transaction is successfully processed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. It is recommended to use the same method for withdrawal that was used for the deposit. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.3 Fund Security

pvvip only approves withdrawals to an account registered in the member's own name. Sending funds to a third-party account is prohibited. pvvip actively works to prevent money laundering and reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pvvip offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are stated in the offer details.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, the bonus applies to one account only.
• If pvvip finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to close the account.

5.3 VIP Program

pvvip's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. Example: a Silver member with a ৳20,000 net loss receives ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on pvvip are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error causes an abnormal result, pvvip reserves the right to void that round.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and sports event. These limits are displayed on the game page. pvvip may change limits for special events.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, postponed or left unresolved under the applicable rules, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In sports betting, a bet may be cancelled under certain circumstances during a live event, in which case the standard rules will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvvip platform:

• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantage
• Gaming using software, bots or automated systems
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in pvvip's systems
• Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion)
• Operating an account using a false identity

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by pvvip

In cases of terms violation, fraud or unauthorised activity, pvvip may suspend or permanently close an account without notice. In such cases the balance may be held until the investigation is complete.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may contact the support team at any time to close your account. If the wagering requirement on any pending bonus has not been met before the account is closed, that bonus will be cancelled. However, the real money balance can be withdrawn.

Privacy and Data Protection

pvvip is committed to protecting your personal information. Details of how your information is collected, used and kept secure can be found in our Privacy Policy. All data is transmitted securely using SSL encryption.

Your personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law or for fraud investigation purposes.

Responsible Gaming

pvvip believes that online gaming should be for entertainment only. Excessive gaming can cause financial and mental problems. pvvip therefore encourages members to keep their spending within their own limits.

Limitation of Liability

The pvvip platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. pvvip accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical errors, server outages or internet connectivity issues.

pvvip is not directly liable for faults in third-party game provider software. However, in such cases pvvip will attempt to resolve the issue on the member's behalf.

• pvvip is not liable for issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• pvvip will not be liable if the service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
• Under no circumstances will pvvip's maximum liability exceed the member's net deposit for that month.

Changes and Amendments

pvvip reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
